All systems go for South Coast Pro Series Indoor Hockey — video


The excitement of Pro Series Indoor Hockey is coming to the South Coast.

Local players from Under-13 to Under-18 level will get the opportunity to participate in one of the most exciting and fastest growing forms of hockey when the South Coast Regional League is launched this weekend.

All league matches will be played at Port Shepstone High School on Sundays, with the league getting underway on 14 August and culminating on 4 September.

The Under-13 and Under-14 section will get proceedings underway from 8-11am followed by Under-16 and Under-18 matches from 11am.

Aside from South Coast supremacy, players are in line for higher honours as South Coast Marlins teams will be selected to participate in the national tournament in Cape Town in December, from which South African junior sides will be selected.
