KwaZulu-Natal will go head-to-head with Gauteng’s 011 Street Society for South African drag racing supremacy at Dezzi South Coast Raceway on Saturday.
Beastly cars and the best drivers from KZN Drag Racing and the 011 crew will put on a show of note for spectators in their quest for bragging rights.
Two shake-down passes will be held in the morning to determine drivers’ placings and classes for the heads up shootout after lunch.
Harry Naidoo from Gas Magazine encouraged locals to add fuel to KwaZulu-Natal drivers’ fire.
“We urge the public to come out and support their home town. We love all the support we get and the bigger crowds inspire the drivers to go faster and push harder.”
Entry is R80 and free for children under 12. Racing is set to get underway at 9am.
