There will be something for everyone at the Rust Bucket Oribi Museum from Thursday as the venue hosts three exciting events over four days.

With the Oribi Museum being an approved Africa Bike Week outride destination, riders will get to meander through the spectacular Oribi Gorge Nature Reserve, coming out the top of the gorge and gathering in the Museum’s bar for a drink and something to eat at the Bucket Bites Kitchen and Café.

On Saturday and Sunday (8am to 5pm), Paddock Polocrosse Club and the Oribi Museum will host the Midlands Polocrosse Championships.

Four A division teams, six B division teams, six C division teams and a host of Pee Wees will compete in the riveting winner-takes-all tournament.

Sunday will also see the Oribi Museum host a classic cars and bikes Park and Show, and the owners invite all classic, sports and specials car and bike owners to join them amid the excitement of the polocrosse tournament.

“We’re ecstatic to be hosting these three events and look forward to a great weekend,” Paddock Polocrosse Club chairman Ryan Pretorius told eHowz!t.

The museum and café, catered by Jeanie’s Takeaway and Events Catering, will be open to the public for all three events.
