Wondra Bothma was the pick of the ladies golfers at Margate Country Club last week as she claimed two victories in five days.
Botha and her partner Evelyn Burls won the “Connie Day” betterball stableford on Tuesday, with Botha going on to win the individual stableford on Saturday.
Bothma and Burls finished on 46 points, which was enough to see off the challenge of Connie McArthur and Shannon Gottlieb by one point.
Bothma then won Saturday’s individual stableford on 44 points.
Joan Minnaar was second on 42 points and Margaret Taylor was third on 39 points.
Bothma also won the jackpot along with Minnaar on 14 points.
Victory in the men’s individual stableford went the way of Richard Plaskitt on 41 points.
Johan Erasmus was second on 40 points and Dave Morrison third on 37 points after beating Mike Lee on a count out.
Dave Parsons, Keith Duncalf and Carl Zurflus won Wednesday’s wobblers threeball alliance (two to count, multiply on par 3s) on an even 100 points.
Rob Brien, Hans Dallinger and Basie Geldenhuys were second on 97 points and Ken Norval, Nico van Vuuren and Tuckre Tanere third on 94 points.
The Arthur Tomlinson Floater went to Konnie Konrad, Tony Comte and Cyril Greensmith on 78 points.
Thursday’s individual stableford sponsored by Margate Pro Shop was won by Flip Fourie on 45 points.
A count out saw Norman Bridger and David Jenkinson place second and third respectively, both on 42 points, with Wayne Minnaar fourth on 38 points.
Mike Bond won the nearest to pin 16th prize sponsored by Hibiscus Retirement Villages.
