The Burry Stander Bike Park in Umtentweni will host a free cycling day for beginners this Saturday.
Riders are required to present a signed indemnity form at registration and wear a long top, long pants and closed shoes.
Registration is from 9am with the day’s programme starting at 10am.

Directions: Take the Umtentweni/St Faiths Road off ramp from the N2.
Proceed inland on St Faiths Road for 3km. Turn right off the tar road and left into the Burry Stander Bike Park.
