CHEESY FESTIVE CORNBREAD

Ingredients(7)

1 cup McCain Sweet Corn
500 g self-raising flour
1 cup mature cheddar cheese — grated
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
1 egg
500 ml buttermilk

Method:

Preheat oven to 180℃ and grease your loaf tin.

In a bowl, add the flour, paprika, mixed herbs and cheese and mix.

Add buttermilk and egg, mix until combined.

Fold in 1 cup of frozen McCain Sweet Corn.

Pour mixture into prepared loaf tin and bake in the oven for 1 hour.

Serve and enjoy!
