For the chicken

500 g chicken breast fillet — cubed
2 tbsp Mochachos spice mix — for chicken
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup Mochachos sauce

To assemble

4 flour tortillas
handful lettuce — shredded
handful cheese — grated


Cook the cubed chicken with mochachos spice mix, lemon and mayonaise on a low heat until tender.

Add mochachos sauce sauce and simmer for 3-5 minutes.

To assemble

Lightly spread a tortilla with mayonnaise.

Sprinkle some shredded lettuce on half of the tortilla, then top with the saucy chicken and lastly grated cheese.

Toast both sides in a non stick frying pan with some olive oil untill golden and crispy.

Serve hot.
