A 37-year-old man was arrested on 23 November 2020 by St Faith’s police at Eluphepheni area after pointing a firearm at another male during an argument.

A 9mm Taurus pistol with 12 rounds was confiscated and it was found that the license had expired in 2018. He was charged with assault common and pointing a firearm.

He appeared in the Phungashe Magistrate’s Court on Monday and the matter has been remanded for further investigation.
