Cameron de Vries, Khaya Ngcobo and Marko Thom, learners at Port Shepstone High School, have been given an opportunity by Vision Sport SA to travel with other young hockey players to the Netherlands in December.

They have come such a long way in their hockey, from school, to district, to provincial level. They have spent endless hours putting in the time and energy required to improve their skills.

It would be awesome to be able to give them the opportunity to travel and learn more about themselves and the world, while they improve their game as well.

The boys have organised a Fun Walk for Saturday, 18 May, at the Burry Stander Bike Park. It will be a great morning with an easy 2km walk, hot dogs and drinks on sale, a few flea market tables, jumping castle for the kids, and raffles with awesome prizes.

Entry is R25 and free for children under three with the event starting at 10:00am. To book a table at the flea market, for R100, and for more information, contact Marissa de Vries on 084 790 7906.
