Port Shepstone High School recently hosted its annual Open Day and despite the dismal weather conditions, the day was a huge success and very well supported.
Visitors and prospective students got a chance to gain valuable insight into the inner workings of this progressive school.
After being entertained by Principal Peter Jenkins’ address in the hall, the Executive Council of Leaders took the visitors on interesting guided tours of the entire school – where they could appreciate first-hand the diversity of the academic, sport and extra-mural activities on offer.
It was unfortunate that there were no sports being played throughout the day, but all the different departments had wonderful displays, and regaled the visitors with the vast variety of options from which their children are able to select.
Term 2 has kicked off in high gear and there is a full calendar to keep everybody busy and happily engaged!
