Jalapenõ burgers with delicious Mexican tang

Spice things up with these burgers topped with blue cheese sauce.


  • 500 g sirloin mince
  • 1 large onion – finely chopped
  • 5 Jalapeno Halves – finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 egg
Servings: 4


Mix all the ingredients for the burgers and shape into 4 even-sized patties.Heat a griddle pan and grill the patties to your liking.Sauce:Pour the cream into a small pot and crumble the cheese in it. Bring to the boil and allow the cream to cook and reduce to a ticker consistency.Stack burgers to your hearts content and top with the cheese sauce.
