The nearest to pin prizes went to Jane Davies (4th) and Sandi Johnson (16th).

Wednesday’s wobblers threeball alliance (two to count; two mystery holes deleted) was won by Jim Finn, Keith Duncalf and Jonny Els on 76 points.

Ken Norval, “Tockie” and Nico van Vuuren finished second on 74 points ahead of Tony Peace, Hans Dallinger and Dieter Jucker on a count out.

The Arthur Tomlinson Floater went the way of Konnie Konrad, John Lewis and Dieter Berend on 62 points.

A count out was needed to determine the winner of Thursday’s individual stableford sponsored by Margate Pro Shop.

Ultimately, it was Arthur Ehlert who bested Neil Townsend for the win on 42 points.

Bruce Stevens was third (41 points) and Patrick Mavundla fourth (40 points).
