Dezzi Raceway in Oslo Beach will host a fun Kids Bike Jabula day on Saturday.
Organisers invite youngsters to “ride, walk or run as long as you have fun” and stressed that helmets are compulsory for cyclists.
Organisers aim to promote “heaps of healthy helping” in a safe environment, as the Netcare 911 team will be keeping an eye over proceedings.
The Jabula is not a race, so kids can grab as many “Ride Rewards” as they can whilst out on the track.
There will also be a jumping castle sponsored by Party Jax, which is sure to make for plenty of fun, and prizes to be won, such as a Diamondback Viper 16″ bike raffle prize sponsored by Dura Cycles.
Georgia Spur invites the public to donate new or used children’s books on the day. In doing do, they will stand a chance to win a Spur hamper and vouchers.
Tiago’s will have their events unit at the event and 10 percent of every purchase will be donated to Siyakwazi, who strives to improve early learning in underprivileged special needs kids.
Gates open at 3pm and entry is R20 per person, which will go towards Siyakwazi.
