The KwaZulu-Natal men’s coastals hockey team got back on the winning track on Day Five of the South African Country Districts tournament in Limpopo on Thursday.

After KwaZulu-Natal went down 2-0 to Southern Cape – who’ve held the title since 2008 – in a well-contested game on Wednesday, they bounced back with a 7-3 annihilation of Inland to finish third in Pool B.

KwaZulu-Natal, who boast a number of Port Shepstone Hockey Club players in their ranks, head into the cross-pools section with a record of three wins, one loss and one draw.
