Hibiscus Coast Municipality’s Stakeholder Relations and Customer Care Centre Manager Xolani Dlangalala has been given a daunting task, namely to establish a call centre and infrastructure to look after the people mentioned in his designation.   Ratepayers will know why Dlangalala’s task will be daunting, because in the current situation communication between the HCM, its stakeholders and  rate paying customers is not what it should be.

eHowz!t’s editor Johan Pretorius managed to get an interview with Dlangalala, who is now working through the planning stage of the venture……….
