On Saturday, the South Coast Hospice fund-raising team held their Pavement Special Community Market on Connor Street in Port Shepstone.
Organisations that have been friends of Hospice were invited to hold stalls. The Catholic Church in Port Shepstone, the Port Shepstone Methodist Church and the Trafalgar Presbyterian Church participated with an array of delicious goodies.
Pancakes flipped by the dozens while the aroma of chicken briyani, and the dazzling baked goods had many wanting more. The Hospice clothing table, on the pavement, was well supported, and the fund-raising team was delighted with the participation of the community.
“We are grateful to everyone who came out to support,” said James Sishuba, Marketing Coordinator at South Coast Hospice.
