Izotsha Primary School held their annual golf day at Port Shepstone Country Club on Saturday.

The Mexican-themed golf day was won by Mot Moleele and Gerhard Labuschagné on 49 points with Gerald Koch and Koos Fouchee counting out Sanjay Singh and Alan Ranjith for second place on 47.

The winners of the women’s competition on 42 points were new ladies matchplay club champion Yzelle Greyling and Kim Strauss, who also won the Sanlam Cancer Challenge A Division on 72/44 at Kloof over the weekend.

The best dressed team prize went to the Canon Amigos made up of John Bower, Jan Reyneke, Mike King and Stephen Fouchee (pictured).

There was also a competition for the best effort done on a tee; first prize winners were Sign Guru (14th) and the runners-up were Paton Agencies (1st).

Live music by KZN Delinquents from Durban and The Tequila Twins ensured that the day ended on the perfect note.

The main sponsors of the event were Halfway Toyota, Comfort Cool Airconditioning and Jaxx Restaurant.
