Reminder: Rotary’s ‘Olumpics’ begin tonight

The Rotary Club of Shelly Beach will be performing its melodrama “Olumpic Dreams and Schemes” in the Port Shepstone Civic Centre this coming weekend. The production will be staged on 10, 11 and 12 October.   Tickets for Thursday 10 October cost R90 and the price includes a light meal, and R130 on Friday the eleventh and Saturday the twelfth,  which include a four course meal. Tickets are available at the offices of the South Coast Herald, or from Hugh Strickland on 039-682-1044.

eHowz!t attended a dress rehearsal ( without costumes ) at the headquarters of Halfway Toyota this week, and it was obvious that the audiences are to be treated to a professional and fun production full of mirth and good humour.  Olumpic Dreams and Schemes should be just as successful, if not more, than the previous productions staged by the Rotarians. eHowz!t spoke to Assistant District Governor Gavin Jepson during the rehearsals to find out more about the production……
