South Coast equestrian duo excel at SANESA event

South Coasters Breece Orsmond and Chané Dixon excelled at the South African National Equestrian Schools Association (SANESA) event in Pietermaritzburg at the weekend.

Competing in only their third SANESA event, the Palm Kloof Equestrian Estate duo secured 10 prize placings between them, which included six first places.

Creston College’s Breece and her horse Silver Secret placed first in Working Riding, second in 70cm Equitation, third in 70cm Show Jumping and fourth in Dressage.

Suid-Natal Primary School’s Chané and her horse Pendarryn Joshua’s Nickle managed five first places, in Show Jumping (Competition time), Show Jumping (Ideal time), Dressage Test 3, Dressage Test 4 and Working Riding, and placed second in Performance Riding.
