Southbroom Golf Club’s resident pro Derek James is back with another lockdown training tip.
“This week’s drill is all about extension through the shot. In other words, your right arm should fully extend after contact with the ball,” says James.
“This concept is from chipping to driver. It does a number of things; it creates more accuracy and power, maintains your width and is easier to rotate.
“Also, it is a lot less handsy, uses your bigger muscles and no chicken wings,” he adds.
