South Coasters will get an opportunity to tee it up with a number of South African enduro stars, including Wade Young, during the Nuts4Dakar Golf Day at Wild Coast Country Club on Friday, 30 November.

The event is a fundraiser for Stuart Gregory, who’s set to become the first South Coast rider to compete in the Dakar next year – an opportunity he earned at the Afriquia Merzouga Rally in Morocco in April.

To support the Port Edward rider in his fundraising endeavours, some of the biggest names in South African enduro will be amongst the field.

Young is the talk of the enduro world this year with the Paddock prodigy becoming the first South African in history to win the Red Bull Romaniacs and Red Bull Sea to Sky.

The legendary Alfie Cox will also swing a few clubs along with his son Bradley, one of the country’s top rising stars, as well as Paddock ace Kyle Flanagan, who claimed his maiden South African title this year.

Of course, the man of the hour Gregory will also hit the fairways and share his story.

The format is American scramble (fourball) and entry is R350 per player (including a cart). Great prizes and awesome raffles will be up for grabs in what promises to be a memorable event.
