TRAINING SCHEDULE: South Coast Striders on road to regaining peak fitness

The South Coast Striders are set for another week of solid training on the road to regaining their pre-pandemic fitness.

The club will hold three training sessions this week, which are open to the public.

The schedule is as follows:

Tuesday: Lilliecrona Pete’s route run from Uvongo pier at 17:00

Wednesday: 4km and 8km time trials at the clubhouse at 17:00

Thursday: Interval training from Lilliecrona (Uvongo pier) at 17:00
